Open till June 29th, ORIGINS invites visitors on an unparalleled voyage through the genesis of life, seamlessly blending art, science, and cutting-edge technology.

An immersive journey through time and space

Upon entering the monumental main hall, visitors are immediately enveloped in a 360-degree sensory experience. Ultra-high-resolution projections, enveloping soundscapes, and interactive elements create an environment that stimulates the senses and sparks curiosity. The exhibition unfolds across four meticulously crafted chapters, each chronicling a pivotal phase in the story of existence. 

The journey begins with The Birth of the Universe, illustrating the chaotic yet magnificent moments following the Big Bang. Gigantic projections simulate the rapid expansion of space, accompanied by a dynamic orchestral soundtrack that heightens the immersive effect. The next phase, Formation of the Sun and Earth, explores the cosmic events that led to the creation of our solar system. Visitors witness volcanic eruptions, colliding asteroids, and shifting tectonic plates brought to life through vivid animations and surround sound. This segment highlights the unique conditions that made Earth a habitable planet, setting the stage for life to flourish. 

The third chapter, Emergence of Complex Organisms, focuses on the evolution of life, from simple single-celled organisms to intricate multicellular beings. Time-lapse projections showcase these transformations, with magnified depictions of microscopic movements that highlight the beauty and complexity of biological diversity. Appearance of the First Life Forms concludes the narrative, celebrating the dawn of life on Earth and emphasising the delicate balance and serendipity that made it possible. This section features scientific data visualisation, allowing visitors to explore evolutionary processes in an immersive way and leaving them with a renewed appreciation for the intricate tapestry of existence.
